It's always a pleasure shopping at this store. Customer service is great!! The staff is always ready to assist with a smile. I visited the store today to purchase a few items. Upon checking out I presented a 20% off coupon which was only available for online purchases. My cashier was David. He politely offered to locate an in store coupon for me on my phone. His professional demeanor and assistance was greatly appreciated. David is definitely a valuable asset to your team. This is by far the best store I have ever been in. The checkout lines were very smooth and quick. Colin was very helpful with figuring out what coupons are best for me to use on my purchase. I love the new queue system by the way, it was way more efficient I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!
I want to give praises to a cashier Tina Marie whom took care of me yesterday. I have never had such a pleasant encounter. She was very helpful, friendly and knew a lot of information that I did not, such as the new credit card and the benefits that it has. Thank you once again and I look forward to returning soon!
