This place is fantastic! My girlfriend and I were coming into town late (around 11pm). The owner was more than accommodating and everything was ready when we arrived. The rooms are simple, but everything is impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable! Only a 45 minute drive to Steamboat from this wonderful place and SO much cheaper than trying to stay there. This place is worth the drive. Will be back again when we find ourselves in Northwest CO! Thanks for the great weekend!
The owner is very organized and accompanying. Went the extra step to check the room was ready and brought additional towels without request. He is very kind. The rate is great and posted on the wall so you know it is standard. They are pet friendly requiring a $10 per day fee which compared to other places is very good. The room was clean and stocked.
For such a small town, I got a very big room! The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and even took the time to answer a few questions about other businesses, and to point them, and circle them on a map they gave me. The rooms are clean and comfy. All in all, I'm very glad I chose this place. I stayed in Craig, Colorado once before at a different hotel and had a horrible experience. This time around I'm going to be alright.
Very nice stay at this hotel on our way back home form steamboat springs. Extremely nice stay and big room. Good friendly staff allowed us to check in very late at 11 in night. Great bathroom and toiletries provided with nice polite services. Adequate space for car parking as well and a good location of the hotel so that we get a good view of the starry sky just from the backyard. Best view of starry sky with little light pollution, 3 minutes drive from the hotel which leads to a road in away from city lights. We pulled over the car and just observed the sky for couple of minutes. Fun experience!
Spent the night with 4 children. Staff was genuinely concerned about our comfort and that we enjoy our stay. Pulled in a roll-away bed for us. Room is simple, but very clean and comfortable and I have noticed updates since our stay last year. There is also a nice BBQ area outside that is great for relaxing.
