This is a modern looking hotel, very clean and friendly staff! The was by far the best “bang for your buck” hotel in the area! The breakfast was pretty standard for hotels, but the value for how nice the rooms were and the cost was excellent! The staff was super wonderful as well making this a great stay!!
I was traveling with myself and two children. We were greeted with all smiles when we arrived. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we entered the room, we were a bit taken aback but the small size. It was adequate considering we weren’t in the room very long, but it would have been pretty cramped if we had to stay in for an extended period of time. The room was pretty clean as was the rest of the hotel. The kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool each night. It was well-kept, and the area around the pool was comfortable.
Made a reservation over a week prior and when we came in to get out rooms they told us they were all booked we had been tired after a long day at turner falls and were expecting a good hotel since it seemed nice turned out to be such a waste of time
the place was nice but, the whirlpool downstairs was cold, also, the phone in the room did not work, you could not make any phone calls outside, no local calls which are free, they said they did not know why the phones were not working? But it was quiet, big plus, and they had a washer and dryer $1.50 - $2.00 price range. and the woman that work there were all very nice. Breakfast was waffles and muffins and toast, cereal, juices and coffee.
We do not recommend they were not perfetinal and they did not handle our situation well at all they canceled our reservations without a warning and they left me and my family out of the hotel without a good explanation
