Nice place to watch two different kinds of “birds” you can watch waterfowl or the different aircraft taking off or landing at San Francisco international airport! Many airplanes or bird spotter have their cameras setting up along the walkway! Parking is a big issue, because it only have less than 20 parking spaces! And many people also use here to be a cell phone lot to wait and pickup someone from SFO! It will become very windy and cold, so dress accordingly!

A pretty cool mini park that allows you to watch flights taking off and landing at SFO. Like others have commented. There is the smell of plane exhaust but I guess that's what you'll have no matter where you plane watch. Though if you were coming here for nature alone, I would recommend not coming here for the reason of the funes. There were plenty of people there plane watching with us and some were very friendly and wanted to talk about their excitement about plane watching. One downside is the lack of parking. They could perhaps purchase some extra parking from the Marriott as it looks to be the same lot, but it is divided between the park and the Marriott. There was always a wait for a spot. Looks like they were also revitalizing a pass that that went further north. The path also goes rather far south all the way to benihana and beyond if you want to get some steps. Apparently there's also a Starbucks in the Marriott that you could probably walk into and grab a drink to take on your walk, but we didn't try it.

Great place for a stroll n some fresh air. Lots of wildlife on the shoreline, busy SFO provides lots of airplane activity to enjoy while walking.

It's a great place to be. There you will be able to see your loved one arrive, and you will have plenty of time to pick them up at the airport.
