Pretty good selection on-site. If you can't find what you need staff is always helpful in ordering what you need. The vinyl selection is okay, it would be better if they had a few more rows of vinyl instead of the two they have. The vinyl selection could also be organized more often, lots of records were out of place and under the wrong letter. That being said the vinyl that you do get is in great condition, my Juice Wrld album was not bent at all and didn't have crushed corners!

Always a good outing with the kiddos. We tend to frequent local bookstores more but this one has a bit of everything with the cafe, media, LEGOs, and lots of variety of books and collectibles. Their rewards membership plan thingy is a good value as well.

Always love B&N, just as a road warrior, wished I could still find power for my little laptop. I'd definitely pay for that, oh and a half hour nap ;) could be on the Cafe menu. The Mac and cheese is pretty decent with pepper.

I love being able to still go into a book store and look at books and I appreciate B&N being here in Duluth. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only reason for the four star rating is their prices. I love books and I buy a lot of books. I can’t justify spending sometimes $9 more on a YA paperback book in the store than I can get it online at Amazon (with free next-day shipping). I want to keep B&N here, but they have to get a little more competitive with their prices. Or at least honor other stores’ prices. I usually stick to the bargain book section when I purchased here. 😕

A quiet and well stocked book store with a Starbucks Coffee shop…and plenty of seating. A great magazine section and knowledgeable, Minnesota-friendly folks at the Help Center.
