I really love this Barnes and Noble. The selection is great, and they always have a pretty wide variety of Clarence items. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they're never seems to be a shortage of helpful workers. The cafe is also fairly busy with good service as well. Great place to go on rainy days

I had just got back into reading novels the way I used to years ago I had already started on a series and so had my sister but we couldnt find the final books to our series anywhere so I asked a worker walking by if they had them and she cut me off midway through the question and said “I’m trying to help someone find their glasses you’ll need to go to the front” in a very rude way I understand your trying to help someone but when the vibe tells me that I just irritated you for asking a simple question then I'm not sure if I should be shopping in a store that makes me feel like the workers act like they are better than everyone. I only say this because the store was very busy this day and no one at the front had an available moment to help me whatsoever There’s a way to address a question in a professional way but I guess she was “too good” to address the solution to me in a way that was polite. This didn’t ruin reading for me but I will be resorting to Amazon from here on out.

There's definitely a judgy vibe here. Even the lady working at the little Starbucks seemed annoyed by my presence 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ And the cashier at the front seemed very bothered that I was looking for exact change in my wallet.

My niece is nerdy (intelligent)!!💯 and she absolutely loves Barnes and Noble! So I'll park and let her go in I tell her take her time. Next thing I know two hours have passed So I love the place even though I've been inside once. Not even the local store but I was out of town. I walked in just browsing. I bought a book on horoscopes only bc of what it said about aries birth. Described me Completely! So all and all 10stars!!💯✔💯

Pretty much what you would expect from a barnes & noble as far as book selection and look goes. Didn't feel that welcomed though as my friend and I were never greeted by anybody except the barista at the Starbucks. Prices have jumped on some of the books and Starbucks is overpriced.
