They did such a great job with this renovation! It feels so welcoming and vibrant walking in. The cafe looks amazing, and they have a large selection of items. The cashier was extremely nice and helpful. I honestly wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it turned out to be 5 stars for sure!

Updated look to this location gives a very cozy feeling. Smaller than the old storefront but I personally really enjoy how this store has been set up after moving for the Cheesecake Factory.

Love the beautifully renovated store! Very bright and the cross merchandising is brilliant. Seems to be more of a focus on new release/hot titles, rather than blacklist.

The new renovation is awful in my opinion. You feel like a rat in a corporate maze as soon as you get there, the layout makes absolutely no sense and everything is scattered to the winds. I'm sad they took away the kids' storytime area and downsized many sections. I thought by now they'd have more than 5 people working at the store but no, there was somehow fewer people working at the Starbucks & cash register. Less chairs doesn't help either. Absolute disappointment, I wish Cheesecake Factory just took the whole building anyway. :/

They are back outside the mall. Clean bright lights a lot of books. Only one little corner for languages book(but if you know what you wants you can order it) missing topic signs high enough to read from distance without having to walk all the halls.
