This establishment, Bank of America at 7206 Governor Ritchie Highway in Glen Burnie, has its advantages and disadvantages based on my personal experience after visiting it. Advantages: - Super friendly staff even with many customers. - They have Drive-Up ATM. - Inside the Bank is pretty clean. Disadvantages: - Building looks super old. - Only 1 ATM outside. :(

First time here walked in and was immediately greeted and told we'd be seen in a few minutes. A few minutes later we were seen by Scarlett who was extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. She took care of everything we went there for and then some. I don't see where all the complaints are coming from. The whole transaction was so much easier than I expected a Scarlett was awesome!

This is the worst Bank of America ever it didn’t even deserve the one star that I gave it but it wouldn’t let me write a review unless I put one The line is always out the door no matter what time you go there the managers speak little or no English and they’re the ones with the attitude and the tellers are extremely slow and most of the time there’s only one teller I will never enter this bank again if you have to drive out of your way to go to another Bank of America I strongly suggest that you do so because this one is the worst 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
