John helped me purchase a brand new dryer. Which, they had in stock! John was super friendly and made the experience super easy! The manager was super sweet too! John and Mario helped my boyfriend get it in the van. I was there maybe 30 minutes ☺️

Customer service is very very poor. I had a issue with a $2023.00 sectional. It broke after two days and the sales staff gave me all kinds of bs about exchanging it. After 6 phones calls and a lot of stress the owner called me. He is the best. He exchanged it without any problem. It’s sad that the owner of the store had to call me to fix this issue. I am very glad he went out of his way to make things right. Thank you. The delivery guys were very good as well. If I could only deal with the owner I would buy more things from them.

Our sales person, Bo did a great job. He was personable and friendly, as well as very efficient at his job in a low key, no pressure manner. I'd highly recommend this business
