This is a really cool place to go in the heart of the main part of Annapolis. They have vintage books that the proprietor of the shop will explain to you. You can browse for hours here. This shop is close to City Dock and many good eating establishments and shopping shops.

On Annapolis’s Main Street, Back Creek Books is a cozy bookstore full of curious antiques and marvelous old books. There are many categories and titles to choose for reading enjoyment. The store owner, Rock, is cheerful, helpful, and a great conversationalist. I can tell that he genuinely loves his store and appreciates those who visit. I satisfied my thirst for history and adventure by purchasing the book Battleground Atlantic by Richard N. Billings. Priced quite fairly, the book will assist with my quest to read more in 2023. Stop in at the Back Creek Books store. I know I will return soon.

Eclectic collections. Lots to browse through. Found a book on Maryland witch trials signed by the author. Glad we stopped by!

Fantastic store with some rare/first edition books. Always a must visit when I'm in the area.
