May 2nd, I had a dental appointment scheduled which unfortunately I was sick with Nausea and vomiting and thought it would be wiser to call and cancel rather then expose others in a dental facility with my open mouth. I called the morning of and canceled on your message service since nobody answers the phone. It took me several attempts to reach a human to reschedule and when doing so, I was scolded for no call, no show? Which 1st you don't pay me, MY insurance pays YOU. So don't threaten to kick me out of your network when it's Axxesspoint that needs to get it's facts straight. it gets better... May 12 or 15th was my rescheduled appointment at 3pm. I showed up at 2:45, filled out my paperwork, didn't see the dentist until after 4pm, was told I needed a root canal, which I personally didn't want, wasn't offered any other treatment options. Was told I had an infection, but Axxesspoint DID NOT call my prescription in. I attempted for 2 days leaving messages on that message service you don't listen to asking for my Antibiotics. Ended up at the emergency department in Barberton Summa, where my nurse in the ER attempted to reach out to Axxesspoint, she was met on the phone with hostility and unprofessionalism by Axxesspoint staff. Axxesspoint is a fraud. Look how many peoples insurance have had to pay for expensive ER visits after going to Axxesspoint, because Axxesspoint failed to treat. My suggestion is to reach out to your Insurance providers NOT Axxesspoint. Or investigative news reports. Maybe even lawyers reading some of these reviews. What Your doing is MEDICAL DISCRIMINATION

This place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I have called every single day for the past week to try to make in an appointment. I have left a message or two each day and still no answer. I ended up in the emergency room because IThis place is a complete joke. You can never get anybody to answer your phone call. I ended up in the emergency room because I cannot get a hold of my primary care doctor. I will not be using this place anymore and I highly advise anybody who is considering using this place to look elsewhere. There are a lot better options in places they can fit you in their schedule and answer and return phone calls with medical conditions.

I tried to make appmt for years to remove a tooth ..they are right down the street frm ME They never answer the phones like what type of Dr make u leave a message for a APPOINTMENT anyway ? then they never call back or purposely send u to the VM This place should be shut down for Patient neglect cz im sure the Managers are aware of wats going on and they allow their Lazy staff to do it! This office is fairly new at that and look how they treat their Patients i would not recommend and dont let them play in ur mouth !!🙃

This isn't a legitimate healthcare facility. I called on Monday and asked for the earliest possible appointment for eye health because I need a full eyecare exam for an urgent issue. Their rep told me I was scheduled for Thurs 3pm. When I arrived, I was told that I'm "not even in their system." And their optometrist only works on Mon and Wed. I felt like they took one look at me and decided they didn't want to serve me. Medicaid Discrimination. Or, it could be front for drug activity. Calling my insurer and medical board to complain. What a completely disrespectful waste of my time, lost wages, and medical transport.

bad service I took my son for a check-up, and the black doctor only talked about the study, he did nothing or nothing for the pain, we just wasted time and he called us immigrants, without knowing that we are American citizens, that doctor treated us badly, I asked for some vitamins for my son and he said he doesn't need bad service, and if they charged for the insurance !!!with koyejo Oyerinde bad doctor!!! He didn't just talk about school for my son and I am not an immigrant, I pay my taxes every year!!!
