I had a great experience here. It took literally a couple minutes to check in then they washed the car and brought it out. My only complaint was that they gave me a Kia EV6 instead of the Tesla I was hoping for but they offered to check other locations for me and they also offered to trade it for a Genesis EV that I really wish I took them up on. My $200 deposit was given back timely and they didn't ask any questions about me using my own insurance. Glad I came to this location instead of paying the service fee at the airport.
The machines lived up to expectations if not better. When I needed it, I had great availability and competence in the personnel, especially from the guy in San Diego from the branch: 1670 West Cedar Street, San Diego, CA 92101, United States. I must say a nice surprise. Thank you
Always my go to whenever I am in San Diego. Conveniently located in Little Italy. Great experience once again with excellent staff. Rented a 2023 Mazda CX9 for a road trip through Southern California and Arizona and it was perfect. Thanks again!
Very professional and very courteous service unlike some of the other rental places in town. Always a great selection of cars and you can get In-N-Out super quick also very proximal to the 5 freeway so you can jump on and go wherever.
