The staff here was amazing. Everyone made me feel welcome and they helped me get my car quickly. The only issue I had was at the car return. Took a while for someone to come check the car in, but it’s not really a complaint. I will be using them again.

The customer service I received from Ramon was absolutely stellar. He was so understanding, which is exactly what I needed after a super long day of driving. I plan on using Avis again in the near future, but I will download their app for faster pickup. The counter representative was nice, but the process just took a little longer than I wanted at 430am. No complaints otherwise.

the process was very easy and smooth , no paper work every thing was electronically generated, when i arrive at the terminal , I saw my name on the board with the slot number where my vehicle was parked , I just went to the car and drove to the exit, showed my driver licence to the agent at the exit and went off, I really love it and I will recommend Avis to all my friends and family , plus Avis automatically upgraded my car to the next level which was fantastic

Fast pickup, courteous staff competitive pricing. I joined the preferred program (no cost or obligation) and my car was ready in the lot to go without waiting in line.

I almost 100% have the best rental car experiences. I am a preferred member and I encourage everyone to sign up, IT's FREE. The app allows you to just get off the shuttle and get in your car and drive off the lot. I had an issue with my pre-assigned car, went inside and was given a new one with no other issues. Overall usually has the best prices, but at least you get quality and great service.
