Only 2 staff at the desk and it took about an hour for me to get served. The girl who did serve me was friendly and helpful enough and dealt with me in about 5 minutes and directed me to the location of the rental. In entering our vehicle I discovered it had only a 1/4 tank of gas and it should have been full. Not ideal for our long journey ahead after a long day. I had to go back into the office and get a receipt to prove the low fuel level. Also, there was a service warning in the car for oil change required. That’s just going to have to wait till I return it. As it happens I could have gone straight to Avis Preferred as the details I had previously entered in their app and my prepaid voucher entitled me to go straight there but this I never knew.

Great facility for all rental need, the family traveling to Amman through ORD and decided to stay one night in Chicago, it was easy to take the train from terminal 3 to the rental facility with accommodation for wheelchairs to my parents and then return the car the following morning and take the train to terminal 5.

Upgrade to an suv because that’s all they had that was not electric. Hyundai Tuscan as filthy. Dried soda all over the center console. Gas wasn’t even full even though it said full tank. Garage is dark to it’s hard to see condition of the vehicle inside.

Even though I made a last minute reservation just before Christmas, they allocated me a new zero km vehicle, but we had to wait a bit at the airport, which is quite normal due to the holiday rush. However, even though I delivered the vehicle with a full tank, they charged me an extra fee under the name of fuel fee, which is sad and unworthy of the Avis brand! When I came back to the Chicago O'hare International airport where I picked up the vehicle and returned it, the staff were extremely professional, fast and courteous. I would also like to thank them

The service desk was severely understaffed took one hour in line to be served. Once at the counter the check-in process was very slow with repeated high pressure questions/tactics about adding extra coverages and fueling options.
