Service at Avis Car Rental at the Huntington Tri-state Airport was the best. The gentleman named Thorn at the desk was incredibly helpful at my departure and my return. He helped me through a mistake that was made at Avis in Florida. He exhibited the kind of politeness and professionalism that makes me want to always deal with him in the future.

I had wonderful experiences at this airport! Thorne is the manager and he knows how to give great service and appears to lead his team well. From my POV from the times I’ve been there, his employees are very responsive to him and their customers. It takes a special leader to keep the morale of their team up! Special shot out to Keith and Billy, who were very helpful to me when I’ve picked up cars. Wish I lived there so I could give them all of my rental business. My only negative are the hours, which I’m sure is out of their control.

My car was in the shop for six weeks. The first week I rented a car from Enterprise. Way over priced! I went to Avis and for the next five weeks I rented a car from them. Very pleased with customer service, the price, and just an all around great experience! The gentleman at the service counter was top notch! Personable but professional! Excellent at his job. He is a huge plus to Avis!!

The female employee on duty was very friendly. helpful, and knowledgeable about her job! The Nissan Rogue was a pleasure to drive and spotlessly clean! Avis was less expensive buy at least 50.00 than the other car rental agencies and I would definitely choose Avis over their competitors!

Ten minute wait for them to "prep" car. Wonder what is involved? Do they check over a ready to drive checklist? Gas, check, oil, check, air freshener, double check. *Sniff test passed. :) Spoke too soon, our rental car isn't available till tomorrow night. Greyhound bus? Thanks for nothing Avis.
