DO NOT USE AVIS! Poor customer service, and their online system is flawed. I walked in and the two women in the front looked so miserable; they didn’t even greet me. They just looked at me, almost as if they’re annoyed that a customer walked in. I made an online reservation and I prepaid, but turns out they didn’t have the vehicle available. But nobody bothered to call and notify me. How are customers able to reserve a vehicle online if it’s not available? Makes no sense! Fix your ordering system and employ people who want to work the front desk. Needless to say I’m never coming back here and will be telling people not to come here.

The most unprofessional junkie ran car rental place I've ever encountered. The 1 star isn't even deserved but I wanted people to know that these people are obvious drug users, whomever actually owns this business needs a new staff PRONTO!

NEVER GO HERE. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. One, their rentals are disgustingly dirty. I got sick two days after picking up a rental from them. The entire thing was filthy. Two, they have this absolutely absurd “policy” so that even if you return your rental early, you still get charged for THE ENTIRE TIME. IN THIS ECONOMY? That is robbery. Absolutely a disgrace of a company. I don’t care what your policy is, people are already struggling and you guys have the nerve to charge people for stuff they aren’t even using. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place and my whole Avis experience was horrendous. The car was DISGUSTING. I found CONDOMS in the car and the entire car was filthy. I found cigars, The steering wheel had food stains, white goo in the center console, discarded pieces of paper. They said they weren't supposed to clean it but corporate told them that they should. I tried to return the car after less than 30 min of use and tried to charge me almost $100 for a canceled reservation

I have always used this location however I was told they couldn't give me a car because they pulled my credit. I have rented 4 times from there. I was so disappointed, I ain't coming back
