This is the second time I've reserved a car with Avis at Walla Walla, and the second time they've had no employees staffing the desk. I am once again stranded at the airport because this office can't be trusted to wait 15 minutes, and lacks the training to link flight numbers to reservations. Do not use Avis, use any other option. The car I reserved isn't even in the lot. Their national line hung up on me twice when contacting them about the missing car. The airport staff admitted that "half the time on weekends, (Avis) don't even show up"

This place was absolutely the worst rental car place I have ever used. Reservation for $326.91 I had to pay $667.07 at pick up. There online portal says I never picked up car so I couldn't modify and add a day. The front desk person said it was a $250 hold but the difference more then that.... customer service said 300 hold still doesn't add up. Then to add 1 day it is over $270... yes 1 day... and a $10 change fee. Needless to say I returned it and went else where for $25/day. Do not use them if you can avoid

Pickup time was 11:00. At 11:20 someone came to work. There were 4 other customers waiting here too. Apparently not having any competition allows people can neglect good service.

I reserved a car here last Friday and when I came by the counter they were closed and not re-opening for another two hours. I called the night before and someone said 100% someone would be there to help me. Since they were closed, I had to take a $135 taxi to the Pasco airport to catch my flight home. I'll never rent a car here again! Save yourself the hassle too and don't book with them either.

The Walla Walla Airport Avis counter is the best car rental company in Walla Walla. The convenience of the Avis counter, coupled with a great staff and car selection is why I recommend it. I always rent cars here when needed in Walla Walla. They're the best.
