I rent from Avis at the Waterloo Airport weekly for work. I typically reserve a vehicle the day/night before. The Avis reps always have my preferred vehicle ready for me. If my preferred vehicle is not available, they give me the next best option. Sometimes an even better option. Customer service is exceptional, friendly, and personable. I have gotten to know these guys well and enjoy seeing them weekly. After every trip, they ask me how the car treated me. I would highly recommend Avis.

They said open at 8am. At 1030 am I had to call a mobile number And was told I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes until somebody got here. When they arrived, I was told they would not have my car available until 4:00 p.m.. This would leave me stranded in the airport for 5 hours. They were unwilling to check and see if they could get me a vehicle. Will NEVER use this location again. Enterprise will always get my business NO MATTER WHAT.

Always a wonderful experience renting from the Waterloo Iowa Avis Airport. They alway go out of their way to take care of me. Very friendly and excellent service.

Carter was very helpful in accommodating me when I booked the wrong date. He made sure that I’m comfortable with the car given. Would love to rent from Avis in the near future again.
