I had an issue with my car and Avis customer service was a bit archaic. However, Chase who helped me at the counter was awesome. He helped me navigate through some red tape and get my car exchanged. I was dreading the experience as I walked up to the counter but Chase was awesome and deserves a raise.

Beware of scam charges after rental at this location. A pet fee cleaning charge (I had no animals in the car) of $300 was added well after my drop off, including after I received a final receipt after the employee checked out the vehicle when returning. Called customer service and they offered to split the charge in half.

Very poor customer service. Not able to connect the desk in time of need. I went to the airport and paid for three uber trips There was no customer service to help, only their excuses and my empty wallet.

The clerk rented me a wrecked car and when I asked if the damage was reported in they're system she stated yes. I made videos and too pictures anyway and come to find out upon returning the car, the damage wasn't reported. Glad I have pics and videos because that would've been on me.
