Had a car rental reserved through and paid for with Expedia. After flying from Nashville tn to sioux falls was told by avis I can rent a car. I will never use Expedia or Avis again. They had us stranded and didn't care and i was lucky to get a taxi to hotel and now got to fight to get my money back for a car I don't have.

As far as the car goes, it was a typical rental car, older ford focus stained seats but fairly clean. The reason for the low review was the sales associate inside. He was terribly rude to me in every which way possible. He also wasn't there when I went to drop my car off and told me to wait 30 minutes until he got there. After all of this was said and done he billed additional charges. I called him and politely asked him what was going on, he was once again so rude. I asked if he could give me the number to corporate to which i could speak to someone else. He told me no, he was the only person that i would get to talk to and that was that. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Terrible experience with them. The man who runs the counter is rude and has terrible customer service skills. He and Avis made what should be a easy experience a complete nightmare. Charged me an extra day for a pickup that was only a few hours earlier then the scheduled time which he said was "just fine" and that only begins the long list of issues. Never renting with Aberdeen or any other Avis again.

It's pretty outrageous that I had to pay to rent a stained car seat that also expired over 10 years ago. It says right on the back, "do not use after 2008". Very disappointing that there were no other options even though I reserved this months in advanced. Safety does not seem to be of concern to them.

Anytime. I'm in Aberdeen I use Avis. All of their vehicles are all wheel drive which is mandatory in the area.
