All of the staff was courteous and helpful for our last minute need for a 24 hour rental. I was very glad to be able to deal with Avis, vs the independent rental agency at the Kodiak airport. Thanks again

customer service was excellent both receiving and returning the car. I do wish the Airport had queue line ropes only to help both groups of passengers for baggage claim, and vehicle rental not in each others way.

AVIS KODIAK - The rental car handled the roads of Kodiak well. They also asked if we would want a 2nd driver added to the rental; which was amazing and came in handy.

Addie was an absolute pleasure to have as my customer service rep to give me a quote and book my reservation. She's knowledgable, polite, patient and has great people skills. Haven't gotten my rental yet til the 25th but if her customer service skills are any indication of what the car and rental place will be like when I get there, then I'm not worried at all. She even made a point to sing happy birthday to me when she realized I was confirming the reservation on my birthday!
