Rude, not helpful and unfortunately very overpriced. Guess they count on desperate need to make sales. I asked very nicely about price, they confirmed it was cheaper elsewhere (not a discount or clearance place either) and that I could just leave and buy it elsewhere. Ok. Ashame, I would have happily paid even $10 more but not priced for 229 when it is sold for 149. Wow.
