Only reasons it’s not 5 stars is because the product wasn’t as fresh as I know it could be. Don’t get me wrong, hot and not old but not fresh out of the oven crispy. BUT, Daniel who served us was great. Efficient and super friendly and for service we’d give 5 stars. Coming from a country that doesn’t tip; this was one of the few places that had me looking for the tip jar. Thank you Daniel for making our 4 hour transit that much happier!

Made very fresh over at terminal 8 all the time .the staff is very friendly, and you are getting the same great auntie Anne's taste in the airport. The cinnamon sugar pretzels are some of my favorites. Along with the original pretzels. With the cheese sauce wow that makes for a really good pretzel.

I was at the cash register asking the woman a few questions. She seemed like she was annoyed that I was asking her what the price was after employee discount & after taxes. Then I stepped to the side maybe 2 feet to see the menu sign behind the counter & this lady decides shes gonna jump right in front of me & order a pretzel & the cashier didnt even say anything to the lady. I wanted to ask her, you didnt see me standing right here ordering & looking at the sign ? What is wrong with people ?

Food smells amazing. Yet, it's in the airport so the place up charges it food so it will make a hole I'm your wallet and not fill up your tummy. So get ready to buy a lemonade for 5$ because that will fill you up.
