A great place to catch a bite to eat at the Airport. Who doesn't like a yummy pretzel. But, being an Airport location, the selection is quite limited. But the price is decent for the Airport and it's quick.

I have never been so grossed out as to when I went here waiting for a friend at the airport to come in! I thought I’ll grab a soft pretzel and a soda while I wait.. first I stood forever before she she came to help me! Then she had her plastic gloves on from making pretzels..then handled my money, then reached in to get my pretzel..I was like wait did she just do that! She treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her.. Then I’m sitting at my table and here she comes with her gloves on to empty the trash! What in the world..if you hate your job that much please move on or someone please teach her right from wrong! This is the second time for me being disappointed here!! so I think this is the straw that broke the camel back.. 😔

I was charged the wrong amount for my small size nuggets. When I told Destiny the cashier, she VERY rudely said, “haven’t you ever heard of tax?”. I tried showing her the receipt and she said, “ don’t throw that at me”. I told her I was showing it to her. She again said it’s tax. I told the customer behind me to check his receipt. Destiny then said, “don’t talk to other customers.” The issue wasn’t the 62 cents, it was how incredibly rude Destiny was. I don’t think this is the person you want representing your company.

No pretzels made when we ordered, we were told 15 min for fresh ones and waited 35min. The guy behind the counter looked as of he could care less pulling pretzels out of the oven prematurely and throwing them aside. Not only that but of the options of pretzels advertised they were only making one kind. When we finally received our food it was ridiculously greasy. Not worth it. Never again from this location

Rudest, laziest staff I've ever encountered. Middle of the day. He keeps 1 cup of bites on hand. Guy in front of me orders them. I try to order another cup, he just shrugs and says "I'm all out." Doesn't offer to make more, doesn't ask if I want something different, just moves away from the register.
