I immediately cancelled this account after I received a phone call that someone at the bank had to go in and "manually update my balance." No one should have access to simply log in and edit an account balance and it is a major red flag.

I have to deal with this bank due to my job. I hate calling this branch to get assistance with online banking. Each and every employee i have dealt with over the phone is rude and impatient. I'm glad that I don't use this bank for my personal accounts because I would definitely close them and choose another banking establishment.
