I think this store is very wonderful and the most helpful. Jordan and Skylar and Store Manager Tayler were very helpful. They were very friendly and I left with a smile!!!! This is an amazing place and this is where I will only go for future transactions! The service at the Dubuque location is horrible and I recommend NO ONE to go to the dubuque location.

I was a walk in customer setting up business wireless. Male representative setup my account information incorrect, did not provide me with any account information to access my account. No one can help me locate the account since the information loaded to the account is wrong. He stated I would receive everything via email and I haven’t received any account information. I called back and spoke to the store manager to hopefully resolve but was told I MUST go in. Not local to the area and it would cost me thousands just to return to a store that setup my account incorrectly. They got my activation. Collected there commission and told me to figure it out myself. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
