Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! This is the worst AT&T store I've ever had to deal with. The "manager" on duty literally blamed customer service for everything wrong and even went so far as to say that he doesn't know why customer service sends customers in the store for assistance when they can do everything themselves. I thought AT&T was one company.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. A huge thank you to, Jose, for helping us get all issues straightened out and taking the time to explain everything. Also, for helping realize we qualified for a monthly discount we were completely unaware of. Overall, great service!

While visiting this store I witnessed a sales associate assist an elderly man. He obviously was having trouble with his new phone and the associate took her time to explain in detail how to do the task he wanted to do. Then when he was about to leave she told him “any time you need help with your phone come in we will help you !” When it was my turn to be served they took their time and helped me as well. I know that customer service is important and consistently done every time I return. I’m loving my new phone and the service !
