Charles, the store manager, was super helpful despite being alone in a crowded store of customers. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful assisting me while engaging those waiting. Not an easy task for one person. He made all my tedious choices for what I was looking for easy to understand. He transferred my data, made sure all my bundle products worked and were on line and left me satisfied I got the best possible prices for the products and services I needed. I've been a customer of AT&T for many many years. It's because of people like Charles that I will stay a customer for many years to come.

I visited this location today and if I could give it a minus 5 stars I would, simple due to the poorer that poor costumer service that we received. The young lady who was working has absolutely no costumer service skills. She was less than friendly, rude ( cut us off before we could ask questions about products) and didn’t offer to actually show us the products we inquired about. she simply sat, telling us all the reasons she could be of no assistance. After a few minutes of trying to get her to engage(image, the customer trying to engage the employee)we left the location and went to a different branch. AT&T please retrain her ASAP. Layton at the branch on MacArthur is more than helpful and knowledgeable! Don’t waste your time at the branch on Coliseum. Visit Layton on MacArthur!

Charles was very nice and helpful. His customer service skills and product knowledge was the best. I hope you will allow him to stay at the location going forward I would love to keep working with him for all my phone needs.

Workers here are very helpful and are serious about account security, which I take very seriously. They aim to please and have not let me down yet. They are my go to AT&T location.

Went to the store on Macarthur Dr first the person helping me was very rude told me there was no trade-in on my phone and nothing else So I left went to your Coliseum Blvd store was greeted and young man tried to help & offered solutions I will be going back to this location
