My experience in the Kodiak AT&T location was stupendous. The store was clean, and the staff was amazingly helpful. The store manager should be commended. I would like to particularly point out Alexis, the individual that helped me. I spoke with her on the phone prior to coming in to the store and she was extremely gracious and helpful and never made me feel like I was wasting her time on the phone. Her assistance and personable attitude convinced me to go in to do my upgrade. I made sure to seek her out when I was in the store. She remembered talking with me the previous day and proceeded to help me choose my new phone and accessories. I have been an AT&T customer off and on since it was Cingular. Based on my interactions with the entire team, but specifically Alexis, I will be an AT&T customer going. Please recognize these employees.

Alex, the store manager, is always very kind, helpful & knowledgeable! The staff at the Kodiak location can't be beat! Our visits are always smooth and stressless. 10/10 recommend 😊

The WORST customer service! Had an issue with my prepaid account (not my actual iPhone) but they reset my whole phone’s settings without asking me which was not needed. This lost me vital information in various apps and changed settings in pretty much every app I use regularly on my phone. They then told me I would have to call AT&T but refused to let me use their landline… like it was for emergencies only??!! Even suggested that I had to find someone who has an AT&T account so that I can use their phone - but not the staffs’ phones who work there! So unhelpful and rude, and doesn’t even deserve one star!

Very helpful and professional! Both times I went in with questions and concerns they were quickly addressed with the best situations for my own benefit. Whether you're from out of town, or a local, this place is definitely worth a stop if you need any help as an AT&T member (or looking to become one).
