Bad service. Everytime I leave this store I'm angry and regretful of ever signing a contract. Tonight I waited for over an hour with no service. While he leisurely took his time with one customer, not once did he give us a timeframe nor inform us he'd be visiting and slowly working on this woman's phone for an hour and half. I have 6 lines and all of the phones break easy or have an issue. I pay more on phones then my car payment monthly, you'd think I'd be able to get some help. I try calling , no answer and when you do get someone, they can't do anything to help over the phone, so I am forced to go in. Not once have I felt like a valued customer once I signed their contract. I ended up walking out because je was taking too lonhlg, again no help and feeling defeated.
I found the manager, Rick, and another employee who helped me (Hunter? Can't remember name) very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is with the guy at the store who activated my new phone on Dec. 12 (Tuesday). While not outwardly rude, he was not very friendly to me whatsoever and it was, quite honestly, kind of uncomfortable. But overall, it was a good experience
Made a payment, but the man working was kind of different and I had to ask for my receipt
The crew are fantastic, doesn't master if I stopped in for license plate bolts or a heavy duty Brute clutch, and new flywheel Aaron and his crew are always happy to help me out. Two great big thumbs 👍 👍 UP!!!!
Ben was great help and stayed with me through all of my questions and issues. Service could not have been better
