Went to upgrade my phone. The sales guy lied to me about how much I would get for my trade in, lied about how the promotion worked and basically screwed me out of $1000. Every time I have tried to talk to someone about it, I'm told there is no manager and nobody I can talk to. Sounds like another lie. Absolutely zero customer service. They asked for my contact info. Took then two weeks to contact me. Spoke to some guy who said he would call me back. Three weeks later, no call back. Terrible.

I've never been treated worse by a sales rep. Told me to call customer service so she could go back to upselling Apple watches. I went to another store and got everything done that I needed to get done.

Your Att sales representative Karry was exceptional. He went above and beyond in assisting me with the decision of acquiring a new phone, phone cover and plug in charger. . He transfered all my information to my new iPhone 15 and patiently answered all my concerns. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service he provided. I recommended him to several of my family members as well as a Friend. Thank you Karry for stellar customer service!!!

Honestly the customer service was the worst they sent me to a different store to do a transfer of a number which is the easiest thing to do .tried to do it online but I need the number which was in a iPhone 14 phone I”that was broken all they had to do was put the new phones imei and send my new eSIM over . Then they talk about how they won’t get commission for that . No it was not packed it was empty. I came in another to get a prepaid phone for a family friend and send and they also send they won’t get any commission for that also:/ like is commission all they care about.
