If i could give a negative rating i would. The dark haired lady with glasses is incredibly rude. My husband asked if he could exchange a stick of deodorant that he had JUST bought there maybe an hour prior, opened it and noticed he got the wrong one. Didn't even use it the clear cap was still covering the deodorant and she got an instant attitude and told him no. He daid ok and went to see if they sold conditioner and this lady followed him through the store and watched him like a hawk assuming he was going to steal something. After my husband came back to the bathroom that he paid for so we could take a shower she then began to bang on the door loudly every 2 minutes telling us that we had to hurry up and leave or she would call the police. As we were going to leave she was standing by the exit recording us on her phone and making rude comments the whole time we walked by. This lady is awful and needs to be fired immediately. We did nothing wrong. We made no messes, we weren't loud, we wers the only people in the entier truck stop. She was herassing us for no reasoning and treating my husband like a thief not to mention she unlawfully video taped us without our permission. We are homeless and my husband is a homeless Army veteran. This lady is so terrible to people. We did nothing to deserve this mistreatment.
