Recommendations: A quick stop for some goodies. Snacks: plenty here. You pay airport prices but instead of waiting in lines, you can run in and out. Service: The kind lady working was very nice. There was also a young man stocking the shelves. He was taking pictures. I asked if he had to, he said know, that he actually cares that the work is done and it looks good. Building: This place is in D concord by gate D30. Parking: Airport parking. Notes: nothing to note. Hit the thumbs up and give me a follow. I’m trying to be relevant or something. It’s my only bragging rights.

Very welcome Experience, Cashier name Sharniece at the front Desk was very friendly. Was catching my flight to Philadelphia on 1/15/24. Location near B5 gate.

I was about to make a big purchase with all my kids, snacks and stuff, accessories but cashier Extremely rude. I left everything just bought 1 chips to get day, time and name of this person. No good customer services. So unprofessional. B area. Cashier name from receipt Tori B. Never again ever stepping a foot in this store.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Cashier from receipt says her name was Olive May. I grabbed a drink walked to the counter to pay, others were there first in front of the counter vs the side where you pay. The employee had been sweeping the floors, approached the checkout and motioned for me to give her my drink at the same time very rudely saying “ma’am c’mon”, like I had completely annoyed her by being there. Mind you, I move fast I travel every other week, I’m not messing around. I immediately point at the other folks and say, I think they were here first. She cut me off from finishing my sentence and says “no they aren’t, they have just been looking all around, give me your drink.” The others there looked at me in disbelief at how incredibly rude and honestly mean she was being. She scanned my drink and as I grabbed my credit card out of my wallet she breathed heavy and rolled her eyes because apparently my grabbing if my payment was adding to my annoyance to her. The receipt printed, I said thank you and have a good evening, of course, crickets. It amazes me that people can be so completely mean and horrible to people and there’s zero accountability for it. Seriously do better. I never leave reviews, I am a patient, tolerant and understanding person who tries to see the best and know that sometimes people just have days of struggle and I’m not here to add to it. What a sad and disappointing experience.

Whoever the young lady is working in the c- concourse across from gate c16 she needs a raise. Ive watch her greet all her customers with a smile engage them in conversation to make them comfortable. She has answered questions quickly and efficiently. You guys have a goos employees. I so use to seeing bad service i have to give kudos for good service!
