If I could give them a 0 I would. The first time we went in there we had our service dog and we were told to leave. This time we were told to leave by the assistant manager that we would have to leave due to my wife not being able to wear a mask due to a medical condition. The assistant managers name is Jarrett. He was extremely rude and not a pleasant person. I have called corporate a few times and still no response. They lost a loyal customer and I will personally tell everyone not to go there. I will never go back.
My mom, sister, and I came to just browse running shoes. Jarrett helped us. He was friendly when we walked in til we left. He was very helpful when we asked questions and friendly to suggest things to do in the area as well. He made our shopping experience great! Really enjoyed all the employees as well.
Nice place. Love the prices. Very busy on a Saturday and only had one clerk! Ms. Kinney was great however register shut down and reset just after we paid. It spit out a transaction voided receipt so she rang it up again and gave us a discount for our trouble. Only problem is register still charged us twice. Headed up there at noon today to see how much problem it will be to get this straightened out.
The store was super stocked. I usually have trouble finding a decent amount of shoes my size but this place was def. Stocked. Plenty of room to try shoes on and feel them out. Extremely helpful staff. Shout out to Katy (hope I spelled it correctly) she was very knowledgeable and helped me find just what I needed. Worth a stop for good shoes.
The customer service here is outstanding. The staff is so knowledgeable about each and every shoe. Jarrett, ( the assistant manager ), exceeds expectations! Will continue to bring my business here.
