Every time we fill a prescription here, we have a fantastic experience. One of my family members has multiple prescriptions and complicated insurance. We have had so many headaches getting all the prescriptions filled and billed correctly. Just today I transferred another scrip to Ashland Drug because of problems at another pharmacy. There was new insurance and two policies involved. When I got there, I went to give them the new insurance and they had already looked it up, billed correctly, and filled the prescription!! I was out the door in moments. This has happened more than once here. I have always experienced excellent customer service. Thank you Ashland Drug!!

I have absolutely loved this pharmacy for the last 10-years. Until now. Mike and the rest of the staff are wonderful! Never had an issue with getting my RX for my diabetes. And I have had fun and loved going there! My mother brook her hip and I had to leave town for 2-weeks on an emergency. When I got back, I had no Humulin left. My blood sugar was over 325. I called and asked for a refile of Humulin B. Clearly this was a mistake. Because I was totally without mental function at the time, I made the mistake of asking for the consonant “B” when it should have been “R”. Because, the pharmacist said, “I do not know what you are asking for?” After I gave her my name and date of birth, she had my chart. I Said, “Humulin”. She again said three times she did not know what I was asking for. I said my insulin, she then said, “I am a pharmacist, I know what insulin is”. This is when I hung up. I had to go there under dearest and confront this pharmacist to get my prescription filled, were by I went out to my truck and immediately relieved my blood sugar lever. Really? It’s HUMULIN, look at my chart and be a professional! ITS HUMULIN! R or B it whats on my chart! Seriously?
