I was soo happy to see my package delivered!!! Despite all the bad reviews this company came through. I am so thankful yayy!!! Also spoke to a VERY patient Customer service rep who calmed my nerves down and assured me my package was going to be delivered. Thanks Asendia. A trusting Etsy Seller!!

Etsy started using this horrible company to ship internationally. They’ve had one of my packages for more than two months. I can’t trust that anything I send will get to its buyer now. They don’t answer the phone or emails. Absolute worst scam ever. At this point I don’t even believe they are a company. Just some scam set up to steal products from sellers.

Package shipped september 29th to russia, they sent it to france for some reason. They did the same with a uk package except it passed through Switzerland.
