I was impressed by the customer service. An item in our shipment was lost at our hotel. The ASAP team went above and beyond to recreate the items in the shipment. And since we were local to their offices, they personally drove them to our hotel.

Bottom line in this review: ASAP Fast does not support minority-owned women small businesses. I was in touch with a senior sales manager at ASAP Fast. I had made a lot of efforts to go up to the office and meet the sales manager, get a quote, and ask specific questions for my project. He knew that I had plans of launching the company mid-April. I just received an email (not a phone call) saying that he withdraws from the bidding process because he recommends a smaller print shop. I was disappointed in how this was handled. The sales manager did not know my final order numbers. The size of their company was actually a great fit, they just didn't want to work with me, and didn't have the courtesy to treat me like a real customer.

We have had only positive results working with ASAP and recommend them highly! They are quick to respond, their pricing is reasonable, they are always professional, and they truly care about the finished product.
