I was robbed here on the morning of July 7th 2024 by the female cashier who took $100 from my bank account after I tapped my card to pay for a few refreshments. She must have pretended I asked for cash, which I didn’t. As a tourist to the area I was wary of her behaviour and saw the fraudulent transaction on my bank account later that day. It has been reported to my bank, Arco etc and hopefully she will be punished accordingly. Arco should not employ dishonest staff who steal money from customers. I hope this young woman gets some karma. She has caused me a great deal of upset and stress through her criminal behaviour. I also got charged international fees and it ended up costing me $139 AU. Please check your accounts if you use this place, I’m probably not the only person she has stolen from.
I sometimes buy stuff in this gas station. But, this young worker hispanic male wear glasses I think he works at night. I took out money and I ask him if have any change for $20 and he said, I give you what I have. I check the cash register and he have some plenty of change. I just said, okay and I left. Can't complain about it. I don't know if he doesn't like his job, being a jerk or being lazy. There's three woman are nice to me one older and younger woman works in the morning and the older works in the evening, they give me change when I sometimes asked.
So bad service. Charge me $8.99 dollar for a car wash even I already told the staff the basic price, but still got me an expensive one. When I drove my car inside, it was the water pills out and the machine did not work, or I get any mops for the car. So I came back and he blamed me that I moved my car that's why the machine didn't work and even ask me " Pay it again". So stupid question.
The staff at this gas station are so ugly. We added gas here and asked to go to the bathroom. Their bathroom was locked and told us that there was no bathroom. They won't come here again in the future. Everyone must recognize this gas station.
I was on vacation and went into this gas station for 2 days in a row and got a refill with a cup I purchased at another gas station since it was plastic and I don't like the paper ones and the nice guy behind the counter had no problem even gave me a lid because mine broke. Then I went in tonight and a Mexican lady told me that I could not refill the cup that was not there's. I told her I have the past 2 days as I spent over $200 in your gas station on merchandise and even had one of your lids. She wanted me to waste my soda that wasn't even that good and use her cup after disagreeing with her she made me pay full price for my soda. Very rude and unprofessional lady. Need to find more customer oriented people to work at this location.
