Walked in and after waiting 5 min an employee came from behind the counter and snapped at me saying the dinning room was closed and the door was locked. Asked how we got in? I said the door was not locked. She stormed off. Nobody took our order. I went out and went through the drive through where we waited at least 10 min at the window just to pay, longer for food. Needless to say, everything was cold and the order was all wrong. They need to pay better to get better staff and managers!

The store was understaffed and apathetic. The drive-thru was busy and there were at least 10 people standing around the counter waiting for their food. I ordered 5 classic roast beef for $5 so my wait was only around 10 minutes. Two cars left the drive-thru without ordering. Business is suffering due to lack of leadership.

Woah do not eat here. Food lying around on the floor with empty boxes Frozen food left in open bags on the counter Both the counter worker and the manager on duty passed the buck and made excuses. Under staffed, and unhygienic. The kitchen is gross and i waited 18 minutes for my food. So scaired I am going to get sick. I regret eating here

Stood at the till for 5 minutes and three people stared at me like I was unwelcome. All of the tables were dirty with a total of 5 people in the restaurant. Also waited 25 minutes for fries, cheese sticks and a beef and cheddar. I had to go ask if they were getting my food.

Don't waste your time here. Food portions and quality have severely declined not to mention the help. Grab something else to eat.
