I've had the opportunity to deal with Arbuckle Medical on several occasions. Once was somewhat of an emergency because my husband's uncle had left his respiratory equipment in Arizona as he headed to Oklahoma for his 50th high school reunion. It was such a refreshing experience and we felt that we were in great hands as they helped us with solutions. The second incident was after a difficult time understanding my 'sleep study', I am an inquisitive person genuinely wanting to learn and want to give others the benefit of a teachable disposition. I am comfortable with verbalizing my thought process in areas that I don't understand and obviously had some unmet expectations of explanations. Always being kind and appropriate I was left alone in my quest until I encountered Arbuckle Medical's respiratory therapist Ed Jovee, RRT. I wish I had gone to Arbuckle first. I think it would have eliminated months of frustration and grief regarding my sleep apnea. Thank you for your satisfactory resolution of our undeserved continuous matter. My husband and I are grateful for you and your expertise.
I called this place this morning to find out what I needed to do to get the equipment I need for after surgery and Donald was very rude. I was offended by his attitude and I will not do business somewhere that I am treated this way.

I will NEVER use this place again! My mother passed away on Monday and by wed morning they called us wanting their oxygen concentrator oxygen bottles and their other equipment backI personally took it back to them. I ask what that was all about the man stated Medicare let's them know 3 to 30 days that someone has passed this was not even 3 days so not sure about all that. I did inform him that maybe they needed to change their policy this is so disresptful and will NEVER use them again as this is all about the money not customer service. He says we could have picked it up. NO THANKS don't want my family to be called again or step dad to have to deal with these money hungry people again!
Poor service. Failed to order my supplies then lied, tried to blame it on my doctor's office. Told me the date of Dr. office email with RX. Problem is, my dr used fax - NEVER email. 3rd time they'd lied to me so I quit them as soon as I could.
