Overall the experience was good. The only thing is that I felt the portions were pretty small. The food did come out quickly and our server was very friendly!

Service was not that good as staff was mostly standing around laughing with each other as it wasn't very busy. However, Food was bad!! I tried to order an appetizer with waffle fries, but the server was really pushing the .50 cent mozzarella sticks hard. Guess they needed to sell them, and I eventually gave in. First mistake. Ordered a burger with bacon but it didn't taste right for some reason. A few minutes after I left I was throwing it up. Had been told by other locals to avoid this Applebee's and now I know why. Recommend that you do the same.

They weren't busy, but it took almost an hour for them to bring out the smallest meal-sized Caesar salad I've ever seen, then they tried to charge us $18!! for it when the menu said it was $14. I had to ask to see the menu and point it out to them before they agreed to change it. Highly disappointed. We won't be back.

My colleague and I went here after work (we were traveling for work) after a very long day and wanted dinner (it was 10:00 pm). Although the server was great, the kitchen skipped our orders and we were in this restaurant until 12:00 AM. We both had a flight to catch the next morning and had to be up by 4:30 am to get to the airport. This was ridiculous that they skipped over our order. We waited 1.5 hours JUST FOR OUR DINNER! This is absolutely ridiculous - they should have comped us free meals for this terrible managerial mistake! Will never return to this Applebee's EVER! If it wasn't for the lady who was serving us, you would have scored two more 1's on Service and Atmosphere. If I could have left an overall score of ZERO I surely would have.

Ordered a red white blue slush drink and a chocolate melt down but the server misunderstood and thought I meant a chocolate alcohol drink well the manager brought over both of them and was being rude when I asked what the chocolate drink was because I ordered a chocolate melt down. I thought I could keep them both since they made them both (I was unsure of the chocolate drink) well she let me keep one (I had only one drink prior to this) idk if it’s their policy one drink at a time or what. Manager asked for my ID . Showed her. Gave me a weird look. Anyway,I tried the drink and it was horrible. I’m telling you it tasted like expired milk with hersheys syrup and whip cream. I figured it would be more like a chocolate espresso martini. Nopeeeee. So when my waitress came back I told her what happened and she apologized, it was a misunderstanding . I asked for the other drink instead bc ain’t no way I could stomach that one. She said yes, manager came back over irritated with me . And I just felt so unwelcome the rest of the evening. I have never experienced this anywhere before even when I didn’t like my drink they would remake it happily to make it better. Not this place. I feel bad for the workers bc if the manager is that grumpy to a paying customer… whew. Won’t be back that’s for sure!
