The food was delicious. My husband and me got a kick out of the server. She was acting like she had 50 tables to tend to and brought us 2 drinks each "just in case she got busy"!!! It made us giggle. She also checked on us like every 2 minutes!!!
I’m in town for work and I called to see how late they were open, and they informed me “midnight, but we shut the grill down at 11:30”. My coworker and I showed up a few minutes after 10:00pm and there were 6 cars in the parking lot. Upon entering there are 4 tables with people seated (two were already finished eating). We get seated and the hostess informed us that the grill was already off and there was VERY LIMITED items we could even order. No grilled food available (steaks, salmon, chicken, etc) no pasta available, you could get a salad, but no grilled chicken, they only had like 4 appetizers they could do because they can’t grill (due to worker shortage 🤔). We settled on spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer, my coworker ordered a burger and I ended up ordering an oriental salad with fried chicken (minus the almonds). FORTY-FIVE minutes after ordering our appetizer finally showed up and then another 25 minutes went by before our entrees arrived. My coworker asked for mayo at least 3 times and it never arrived. Below is the salad I received after waiting an hour and ten minutes. I understand worker shortage and all, but with the limited number of customers, it should have never taken that long. Plus the attitude of the server and staff wasn’t very good pretty lackadaisical - but adequate I suppose. I don’t write bad reviews as you can tell, but this was a very bad dining experience. Hopefully they can get some more help to improve this situation.
Staying at the hotel next door. Very convenient to walk over about 500 ft to this restaurant. It's what I would call a hybrid Applebee's. It's a very small seating area of about 10 tables. As you walk in the door there's a area to the left to play pool and to the right to play pool inside the bar. Their sectioned off from each other. My waiter told me this was the only one of the country like that. My waiter Kendall was very friendly and attentive throughout my meal. Steak was cooked nicely. Nothing to complain about. Always seem to get good food at Applebee's
The service is too slow and some of the staff either ignores the customer or just be super slow. And there are some people waiting for a table and the staffs aren't paying any attention to the customer. The food is good, but it is cold when served. I'll give credit to lady who is always trying her best to serve the customer, so she deserves the credit. It's my first time here and maybe I'm just over reacting, but I'm just trying to be honest as possible :]
I had a regular menu item at lunch. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was sizzling hot and very good. The waitress checked back several times, making sure everything was ok and that we didn't need anything. It was quiet enough to have a meeting with my boss. Overall a good experience.
