Our server was great and tried her best. It was obvious she was new and the place was understaffed with little guidance. She had a difficult table that was next to us and was great when having to deal with that. But my mom asked for no cheese on the fiesta lime chicken and got cheese. I asked for the dressing on the side for my salad and it was on there. My brother asked for no onions on the bourbon steak and it was on there. So not the best experience. But 5 stars for our server for making the best out of her situation!

(7/13/24) Every time we go to Applebee's it is something. Service food somebody acting like an idiot in the restaurant. Hopefully with the new ownership it will change the culture and things will get better. Last night our food was great our service was meh (which it was a hard night for the servers because it was a Saturday night and their bar is currently closed because the new liquor license hasn't been issued yet) This place is improving! Everything was good the service was on point!!

This location is a little out of the way. It is not on a main road, but it is worth the extra effort to find it and get to it. This is hands down the best Applebee's we have been to. I live closer to other Applebee's in the Louisville area, but we drive to Radcliffe just to eat at this location. The restaurant is always clean, but crowded during dinner time, especially on the weekend. The staff is always friendly and quick. My sons like it because the server talks to them directly and treats them like grown-ups. The only bad thing I can think of is being so busy on the weekend, but that is a good thing for them. We just adapt and try to get there before the dinner rush...which usually starts around 6pm. And Applebee's is one of the few restaurants that haven't shot their prices through the ceiling, and always have a special going on. The whole family love Applebee's, especially the Radcliffe location.

My wife took me out to eat for my birthday. We had pretzel sticks with cheese for starters, wife had a side salad. I had the all you can eat chicken and ribs. You can also choose shrimp. Riblets were first and was 3 strips of riblets. Tender and tasty, just needed a bit more sauce but good. Next up I had the boneless chicken wings. 5 on the plate with a pile of French fries. I couldn't resist and ordered another of the boneless wings. Honey BBQ with ranch for dipping. The wife had bourbon chicken and shrimp . She couldn't finish it but smelled pretty good. Then for dessert I had the triple chocolate coma cake..wow. very sweet but good. Our server said she was kinda new, 2 weeks, but when we asked a question she didn't just say she didn't know, she said I'm not sure but let me go find out, and she came back with an answer quickly. She was tipped well. Great job!

Ordered DoorDash for dinner, chose them. Started eating my food, some lettuce fell of my food, fine, whatever. I seen something on the lettuce that was black, it was an Ant! They aren't clean, food was mediocre.
