Have always loved Applebee’s, always been my families go to for great food and great service! Unfortunately today that all changed, my family met there today to celebrate a birthday and it was a nightmare from the beginning. We arrived about 1:30 pm got our seats for a party of ten, ordered our appetizers and drinks. We waited over 45 minutes for our drinks and appetizers to arrive, mind you there was maybe 5 or 6 other small tables of people dining at this time, ordered our food and began the wait for almost an hour for food to arrive after we asked when our food would be ready. We were told that there were two new cooks in the kitchen and they would have our food out shortly! Finally our food arrived 4 of the 10 entrees were wrong, cooked wrong, or blamed on just bad product! Steaks that were suppose to be medium rare were very well done, plain hamburger came out as a cheese burger with everything on it the first time sent it back and got a hamburger with everything on it not plain, and onion rings that were filled with uncooked batter! We waited over 20 minutes for a glass of water that we ended up just walking to the bar to get refilled. We complained and told the manager that this is un except able and I told her we were not going to pay for this food or service, the manager agreed with me by answering me with “yeah” and she walked away, we gathered our belongings and made our way out the door, never got a bill, never got stopped from leaving, nothing. Then they called the cops on us. I have worked in the food industry and understand how things work and this was the most unbelievable experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my life! I have never asked for a meal to be comped because of poor food or service. I’m sorry but with prices of things being as high as they are, the least you can do is give me good service!

Our waitress was great, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was mostly disappointing. Baby back ribs were overcooked, one order of broccoli was overcooked (edible, but mostly slimy), the other almost raw. The seasoning on the broccoli was good. Medium sirloin was half well done, half medium (guessing because it varied in thickness). The mashed potatoes were alright 😉 The floor everywhere I went inside the restaurant was tacky, as in hearing your feet pull away from the stickiness every step. The chocolate lava cake with ice cream was pretty good. I've had good experiences here in the past, but for $40 the meal for 2 was disappointing. Hopefully next time will be better. Smelled some other dishes coming out that looked and smelled good. Not knocking anything off for it, but the urinal in the men's room is placed oddly low. Good for teaching small children to use, but awkward to use as an adult as the flush bar above it was about waist level.

I really like Applebee's. The baby back rib are quite delicious and I usually order those. Though I really enjoy their limited time all you can eat breaded shrimp, riblets, and not so much their boneless wings. Boneless wings are just chicken breast covered in breading and sauce. It's one of the worst things that the food industry has come up with. If you could just go back to the days when you thigh and leg meat more people would be appreciated of it. You might as well call the boneless '"wing" chicken nuggets.

Food was undercooked. A/C was turned so low that the food we ordered was cold within 5 minutes after being placed on the table. When I asked to speak to management a young woman came to the table who did not seem concerned about my complaint of the cold food but offered free dessert. This person could not have been 18 years old and had no idea of what customer service is about. Will not be returning.

Waited 25 min to get seated while staff, stood and looked around at each other. Finally got a table ordered drinks, out of lemonade no big deal. Ordered appetizers and food. Over an hour later finally got food, no appetizer. Said cancel appetizers. Waitress never apologized for not getting appetizer in the first place, then just gave us our food and never came back. Waited 20 minutes to finally pay, and still got charged for the lemonade $3.99 we never got. We just paid and left, cause we’d already been there 2 hours and 10 minutes. I’ve been eating at this restaurant several times a year for 10+ years. Ordering the same menu item. Wished I’d taken a picture. Your franchise would be embarrassed at the presentation of your food or lack there of. I won’t be back, don’t waste your time sending me a link. If I’m mad enough to go to the work of leaving a review (which I never do) I’m definitely not gonna go back now. I just want people to know as I would have never expected this kind of service at this restaurant. Has always been my go to, until now.
