Food was good. What made it great was our waitress. I forget her name, but she's pregnant with twins. She was so nice! My super shy daughter even felt comfortable enough to talk to her. We need more people and waitresses like her.

We waited quite a bit to be seated and it was slow, but they were short handed.The waitress was amazing and on point. The food was a huge improvement from the last time I visited.But it was Hot inside.. but not so terrible we had to leave. The music was good but WAY to LOUD. As an autistic adult I had to put my noise cancelling ear buds in to tone down the music.. There was only a handful of people eating cause we got there for an early dinner. So the music volume definitely needs addressed. Id hope the air was also fixed.but the waitress saved the day with her sweet self and service.. will be going back. Had stopped going for over a year due to bad food and service.Huge improvement.. keep up the good work

I would like to start by saying that I knew going in after 8-10 years that the food was going to be nasty but my group of friends wanted to give them a chance this was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made at my age. Not only was my food not good everyone at the table food was NASTY no season at all and it just looks so unappetizing personally I ordered a smoothie and it was powdery I have no clue on how you can mess up a smoothie. I let everyone at the table try it and most of them spit it out. No one finished their food, and the only thing that was taken to go was a chocolate cake. Two people tickets were messed up after talking to the manger but luckily the third time it was somewhat correct. Honestly I have no idea how this place is still open I’ve never been to a restaurant this bad. If I’m giving a honest review I say BULLDOZE it to the ground.

We advise against dining at the establishment. We arrived for an early dinner when the restaurant was not particularly busy. However, the service was extremely slow, and the entire experience from entering to exiting the restaurant took approximately one hour and forty-five minutes. Notably, four out of five of our party left with their entire meal packed in a to-go container. One meal was even brought out from the kitchen already packed in a to-go container, presumably at the customer's request. The fried food was overcooked to the point that the breading had to be removed in order to consume the meat. Additionally, we were seated in a round booth with a square table, which was an awkward and uncomfortable arrangement. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this establishment.

After waiting 30 minutes they bring out a bowl of French onion soup with cold cheese on top I just asked for the check so we could leave and they proceeded to make excuses. We paid for our drinks and left Applebee’s needs to close this location The wait staff was sitting at tables on their phones the phone time we waited even though there was unbused filthy tables all over the restaurant
