It was a terrible experience,... Went there to have dinner with my friend... And the food was terrible... The fiesta lime chicken I ordered was gummy and chewy as heck and the tortilla chips it was surrounded by were stale and seemed microwaved. Some were chewy and hard.... And the rice it was served with was barley warm and dry.. seems like they just microwave there food.... Very disappointed and had to have waiter take it back. I couldn't do it. And then my friend felt bad and didn't want to just eat alone. Bc I obviously didn't want anything else..... Just very disappointed in the whole thing....

I was not greeted at the door. I sat down at the bar, my waitress took half my order and walked away. The bar was not clean. There were dirty napkins and straws laying about the bar. I had to go find my own salt and pepper. While waiting for my waitress to come back, I turned around and found her eating at the table behind me. I was never asked if I wanted anything else. Very poor service and horrible atmosphere. The salad that I received after asking for the waitress to come help me was thrown together and presentation was terrible. It is just a salad, but it didnt look anything like how it was advertised. The ribeye I ordered was well done when I asked for rare and looked nothing like 12 ounces. The manager was very polite and offered to bring a new steak but I had a schedule to maintain. The servers were o cursing. My waitress is in the photo eating while I was waiting for her to come back. The salad that I did eat was compensated. The restaurant itself doesnt look open or inviting. Corporate will be contacting this this particular branch.

My parents and I have always gotten riblets. This time, the cuts of meat were totally different. They are usually fall off the bone, tender and juicy. They were tough as shoe leather. Such a disappointment for a family outing. To quote my mother they were like sawdust in my mouth and it was like the meat was cooked in water all day then pulled out and the sauce was just the poured on not cooked into the meat. Very sad, definitely not returning for that. Service however, was fantastic.

Had the artichoke dip an appetizer I've had several times at other locations but this time it was so salty I couldn't even eat half. The music was loud and hard rock music. Good idea for hurrying your customers out the door. Waitress was very good. That is what all the stars are for.

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner. Place was mostly empty, and we were quickly seated. However, the rest of the service we experienced was very disappointing. Of our three orders, mine had to be sent back. The mushroom Swiss burger arrived at the table undercooked, and I had asked that it be cooked as well done. Eager to eat, I started with my side while trying to alert the server of the issue. But - she was nowhere to be found. After several minutes past without spotting her, we flagged down the hostess and asked her to help us find her. Another 10 minutes went by, and still no sign of where our server went. It wasn't until she appeared to take the drink orders of a different table that we finally got her attention. She was very apologetic, but it was clear she hadn't realized how much time had passed. She offered to have the kitchen remake it and quickly left. It was troubling how much more time went by before she came back around....still no burger and now a refill of drinks was needed. When she finally showed back up, letting me know it was almost ready, but by this time the other two people I was with had finished. We got new drinks, ordered desert, and then the remade burger eventually came out....but it was again still red inside! I was thankful she offered to take it off the bill at that point, but the bigger problem was now how late it was getting. The amount of time it took for her to periodically check on us was not adequate. I ended up taking the remade burger home to cook myself! A good server will check on their group fairly quickly/often and make sure nothing is wrong or needed. Both the kitchen and the service were sun-par here.
