This is just simply based off of my one and only phone call with them this morning. I had heard great things about them. So I decided that I would make them my new pharmacy. The representative answered… I stated Good morning how are you…. Her response was “fine how can I help you” ..she was very short. I then asked her if they had a certain medication in stock, she said no. I then asked will you all be ordering any..she pauses and says no. She never went into detail as to if it’s on back order or if they simply won’t be caring it any longer. I said ok thanks and she hung up in my ear. Based off of the customer service I’ll have to make a hard pass on them. I was really looking forward to doing business with them and supporting a local neighborhood pharmacy.

This is a small neighborhood pharmacy is fantastic & the people that work there are so nice, I was having a difficult time filling an Rx at one of those big box stores (W***r**s)- the staff at those big stores treat you like a number and do not care whether they have a certain medication or whether they can even get it. A&P has always been able to get my meds right on time and they let me know in advance that they have it and are filling it - they call me!!! I don’t have to hunt them down or hold on the phone forever waiting to talk to someone. I love that they always have Christian praise music on when I go in too. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Ive been going here for over 10 years! Love this place. I love the fact that they don't treat people bad that come in for a ten pack or singles and even tell us to please be careful and safe! They care about peoples safty AND HEALTH no matter what it is. I send everyone here I was sad when big Chris left. He knew what a big deal the service they provide can be life saving. I hope they NEVER Chage!!! I moved to denton and it's worth the trip for their prices and how I'm treated!!

This has been our pharmacy for 6+ years. We had the option to switch to a pharmacy near our home, but decided to stick with A & P because they have been consistently great for us for so long. There is nothing negative I could say about the folks who run this wonderful pharmacy. They do a great job!
