Very mixed feelings about our experience here. The atmosphere was very nicely decorated and lit… but the music felt very out of place. Some of the service seemed great, but our waiter was bad and made the experience not so great. He was not understandable to communicate with and we ended up with salad and soup charges that we wouldn’t have ordered if we thought they weren’t a part of the meal. My husband was brought a completely wrong entree, but we told them it was corrected. My entree was correct - I had the Capricciosa pizza and it came out with no Prosciutto (the whole reason I wanted that pizza). The pizza itself was a mix of being way to crispy for my liking and partially chewy/soggy in some spots. Low quality cheese and nothing special. The bruschetta we ordered was just okay. However, we ordered a cocktail that was very good and the clam chowder was also phenomenal! It looked like there were potentially some other good things on the menu, but at too high of prices.
The food was good almost great. It was our anniversary and the service was fantastic, Kayla was top notch and got them to add a special message on the desert. Atmosphere is nice and cozy, slightly on the cold side. Although the food was slightly pricey I would visit again if I were in the area
I came across this restaurant on the nextdoor app where it had very good reviews. I am more a cheap guy than the one who goes to restaurants often. But, since it was our wedding anniversary, I wanted to go to a place that had such good reviews. The restaurant lived upto all expectations set by everyone. Service from Moe was very good. He explained all their specials. Although I couldn't gather all of it but he was patient enought to repeat them more than once. The food was very good. We liked everything we tried. Everything was cooked to perfection. Apart from the outstanding table bread with seasoned Olive oil, we tried 'Salsiccia Con Mozzarella', 'Costoletta Di Maiale All' Agrodolce' and another dish - I cannot recollect its name - It is one with perfectly grilled sword fish topping probably a Fettucine with Marinara Sauce. We had a Zingari wine and a Bellini coctail for drinks. The complimentary dessert for the occassion, a Tiramisu was awesome. And none was very expensive. They are well worth the price. Also we liked the complimentary Valet service. In all, we loved the the place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We came here for tasting Tuesday for my birthday. We had a group of five and I had called ahead to let them know we were coming. They direct us to the room and told us to find a seat which there wasn’t any space for five of us so they had to end up adding a table and moving around. I was grateful that the audience was OK with accommodating us. The tasting was good and the food samples are pretty small. Last time I came, as they finished up, they immediately asked if we wanted to order any meals that we liked from the tasting. That’s what I expected to happen this time. Instead, the server asked about dessert, we asked for a meal menu, and by the time she came back, we had decided we would just close out and walk over to another bar. It took 45 minutes to get our tabs to close out for the tasting where each of us had the exact same amount. By that point, it was almost 9 o’clock and everyone just went home still feeling a bit hungry. Aside from the lengthy time to get our checks, the restaurant was very accommodating and wanted to make me feel special for my birthday. They had everyone in the tasting room sing happy birthday, and they brought out a cake 30 minutes after we had finished. And as we were walking out the door, they had limoncello shots for us. In the future, I would recommend, if you’re going to do all of this to do this as your meal is finishing up because we had been sitting there for 45 minutes waiting to close out and the room had cleared out.
Loved the food and ambience. Very authentic Italian taste. Perfect place for a date night. Appropriate price for a fine dining restaurant. I love their herbs with olive oil, it tastes amazing. Ravioli sauce was very unique. Even the bruschetta was very different than the ones I have had at other places.
