I've adopted a couple pets over the years. Most of the staff friendly and helpful. The control officers though are unprofessional. I've called them three times over the years including today and they never show up. Animals have suffered because of their lazy and unprofessional ways. Who do they think pays their salaries??
I never owned a pet before, and it was an easy process! The staff was absolutely amazing and at the end of the day I got my furry best friend. While there I recived a treat bag full of toys and snacks, a baggie of cat food, and a coupon for a bag of cat food and a free check up at the vet. And to top it off they clip your furry loved ones nails! For FREE!
Awful, rude, and spiteful people. My cat was on my PROPERTY and they keep taking him and making us pay ridiculous prices for no reason. Called in to see if my cat was there and a rude man was on the line snapping at me with questions. When we went and got him he was extremely rude to my father. AWFUL PLACE, they don’t care about animals

The man work at the shelter have bad attitude. This morning I went to pick up my dog he want to charge more from me, which is different from what I know. I argued and he even said if you don't want pay you should consider surrendering it! I don't think he should work there at all, since he don't know how important dog is for family! After I talk to the lady there, he changed the price back! Do he really want to help dogs? Or love animals? Or just love money? I doubt it!
