Very clean place to stay from the outside to our room, and comfortable beds! Loved our stay, our room was non smoke. Also the gentleman who helped us get checked in was courteous and very nice. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about a deposit and gentlemen being mean when it was all the contrary with us. The price was also great 79.99+tax for being a weekend. Next door to them was $200! We will definitely come back if we ever are in town again.
Mike the manager on site is awesome!! Newly renovated and very laid back! Awesome beds and clean. We love it here and recommend to anyone needing a cost friendly room!
Best motel in town! Motel staff is wonderful, beautiful big clean rooms of our vacation. Service dogs love the big grassy area out front. Best place in town, best prices, too! Had to stop and enjoy it here again on our way back home. You will love everything about it!! 10 Stars!!!
Don’t stay at this hotel! They are heartless, and rude even to returning customers! This place broke our hearts the other night ! I travel for a living and have used this hotel at least four times travelling coast to coast. THIS time after making my reservation days in advance THIS time the front desk was difficult and extremely rude and completely out of line then argued us with with the manager on the line. I have diabetes and my wife has severe arthritis and needs a access room, we also have two service dogs that have also stayed here for four years ! I walked in offered up my documentation for the service dogs along with my license and credit card laying them on the desk without being asked as I do 40 times a year. This time ...”our usual go to place” refused my wife’s dog because the card had recently expired! What? A regular returning customer with a handicap sticker?Really? Next the unfriendly front desk person began to ask specific questions about our dogs qualifications...SPECIFICALLY against the LAW!!! Next After being Rude to a returning loyal customer they then begrudgingly agreed to let us stay , I admit I stood there in shock! .....after catching my breath I grabbed my cards and walked out. We are gold members with 5 companies it wasn’t hard to find a better property that night. Their is no excuse for the way we were treated! When you read the reviews about the RUDE treatment of CUSTOMERS here at this property I am here to tell you it is heartbreakingly TRUE.
Very clean rooms. Very attentive to there customers. Also have a nice small breakfast for free. From 6-9 and staff is very friendly. They are letting us stay as long as we have to with irma coming and hitting all of Florida. Great job done team.
